Every clean starts with a pre-vacuum and a fabric test, then a Fibre Glide™ deep steam clean. Your card is saved at booking and payment is taken after the clean.

What does upholstery cleaning cost?

Upholstery is priced per seat: £30 with Essential, £36 with Signature and £51 with Ultimate. An armchair is one seat, a two-seat sofa two, a three-seat sofa three and a four-seat sofa four. Corner sofas are priced by the number of seats.

What is included in each package?

Peace of Mind accidental cover. Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery.

With pet accidents, we’ll give it our full care, but results can’t be guaranteed. As urine dries it turns alkaline, and its urea and salts can bond with fibres and dyes. That can cause permanent colour change, and it can wick back up from the backing. As with any spill, we can’t promise every mark will lift completely. Urine or odour that’s already there when you book is treated separately with our urine and odour treatment.

Marks or damage that were already there before your clean aren’t part of the cover.

Fabric tested, every time

Every piece is fabric-tested before we start, so the method suits the material. We then clean with Fibre Glide™, our deep steam cleaning method (hot water extraction). If something needs a different approach, we will explain why before we go ahead.

How much does sofa cleaning cost?
Every sofa is priced per seat. A two-seat sofa is two seats, a three-seat sofa three. With Signature at £36 a seat, a three-seat sofa is £108.
How are corner sofas priced?
By seat count. Count the seats on your corner sofa, enter the number in the builder and it is multiplied by your package’s per-seat price.

Can every fabric be cleaned safely?
Not every fabric, and not with every method. We test before we clean, and if a fabric isn’t suitable we’ll tell you before we start. Results also vary with the fibre, its age and condition, so we’ll give you honest expectations on the day.
How long does it take to dry?
Carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours, depending on the fibre, airflow and the weather. Upholstery and rugs vary with the fabric, so we give you a realistic estimate on the day. Mattresses usually need 4 to 8 hours, which is why we suggest a morning appointment for them.
Is carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
We will tell you when it is fine for pets and children to go back on the carpet or sofa, based on the fibre, the products used and how quickly it is drying. Ask us about anything specific when you book.
What is Fibre Glide™?
Fibre Glide™ is our deep steam cleaning method (hot water extraction). It lifts deep-down soil from carpets and upholstery, and carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours.
