Every stain is different. The fibre, the cause and how long it has been there all affect the result, so we will always tell you honestly what to expect.

Can every stain be removed?

Not always, and we will be honest about that. Most everyday spots and spills respond well to professional treatment, but some stains, and urine browning in particular, can be permanent.

Pet urine and odour removal

Urine is a priced add-on of £30 on mattresses and rugs (plus £5 per m² on rugs over 4m²). On carpets and upholstery we assess from photos first. In every case we confirm the price before anything is booked.

Why pet urine needs specialist care

Pet urine changes as it dries. It turns alkaline, and its urea and salts can bond with fibres and dyes, which can cause permanent colour change. It can also wick back up from the backing and underlay after the surface looks clean. That is why existing urine or odour is treated with our dedicated urine and odour treatment, and why we are always honest that results cannot be guaranteed.

Pet accidents after your clean

With Signature and Ultimate, Peace of Mind accidental cover includes pet accidents as well as spills on the areas we cleaned.

Peace of Mind accidental cover. Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery.

Can you remove pet urine smells?
Often, yes, but urine can soak into backing, underlay and filling. We ask for photos first, choose the right treatment and tell you honestly what to expect. Urine staining and browning cannot always be fully removed.

Is carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
We will tell you when it is fine for pets and children to go back on the carpet or sofa, based on the fibre, the products used and how quickly it is drying. Ask us about anything specific when you book.
When do I pay?
Your card is saved securely when you book and nothing is taken that day. Payment is taken after your clean. Cancelling within 24 hours, or missing the appointment, incurs a 50% fee.
