Two rooms start from £82 with Essential, and each extra room is from £36. Every Essential clean includes a pre-vacuum to lift dry soil and debris, then a Fibre Glide™ deep steam clean. Carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours. Your card is saved at booking and payment is taken after the clean.
What does carpet cleaning cost?
Two rooms cost £82 with Essential, £122 with Signature or £162 with Ultimate. After that, each extra room, staircase, hall or landing is added at a fixed price. Prices are final, with no VAT to add.
You can book carpets with another service, such as a sofa or a rug, in the same visit. The minimum booking is £82.
How we clean carpets
We use Fibre Glide™, our deep steam cleaning method (hot water extraction) as standard, and low-moisture encapsulation cleaning where it suits the fibre better. Every carpet is checked first so the method and treatment match the fibre, the soiling and the way the room is used.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours, depending on the fibre, airflow and the weather. We will give you a realistic estimate on the day.
Which package is right for me?
Every package starts with a pre-vacuum and a Fibre Glide™ deep steam clean. Signature adds furniture care, FIBRE & CO. Sanitisation, professional stain treatment and Peace of Mind accidental cover. Ultimate is our most complete clean, finished with skirting board detailing and FibreGuard™ carpet protection.

Peace of Mind accidental cover. Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery.
With pet accidents, we’ll give it our full care, but results can’t be guaranteed. As urine dries it turns alkaline, and its urea and salts can bond with fibres and dyes. That can cause permanent colour change, and it can wick back up from the backing. As with any spill, we can’t promise every mark will lift completely. Urine or odour that’s already there when you book is treated separately with our urine and odour treatment.
Marks or damage that were already there before your clean aren’t part of the cover.

Pet accidents, urine and odours
Urine can soak through to the backing and underlay, so we ask for a couple of photos first. That lets us choose the right treatment and give you an honest view of the likely result, because urine staining and browning cannot always be removed completely.
