Prices are final and include everything shown. There is no VAT to add.
The minimum booking is £82, applied once per booking.
Out-of-hours appointments, where offered, carry a £40 surcharge.
Your card is saved securely when you book. Nothing is taken at booking: payment is taken after your clean.
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, or a missed appointment, incurs a fee of 50% of the booking value.
Some jobs (specialist rugs, urine, blood, faeces, mould, very large properties) are priced after a photo assessment. These are estimates until we confirm them.
Urine staining and browning cannot always be removed completely.
Peace of Mind accidental cover is included with Signature (1 month) and Ultimate (2 months) on carpets and upholstery. Within the cover period we will return to treat accidental spills and pet accidents on the areas we cleaned, at no charge. Results cannot be guaranteed. Urine or odour already present at booking is treated separately with our urine and odour treatment.

Peace of Mind accidental cover

Peace of Mind accidental cover. Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery.

With pet accidents, we’ll give it our full care, but results can’t be guaranteed. As urine dries it turns alkaline, and its urea and salts can bond with fibres and dyes. That can cause permanent colour change, and it can wick back up from the backing. As with any spill, we can’t promise every mark will lift completely. Urine or odour that’s already there when you book is treated separately with our urine and odour treatment.

Marks or damage that were already there before your clean aren’t part of the cover.

What to expect from a professional clean

FIBRE & CO. provides professional cleaning, not guaranteed restoration. We will always do our best, and we will be honest with you before and after the clean.

We can’t guarantee the removal of every stain, or permanent removal of all contamination.
Urine odours can’t always be eliminated completely, and some stains and odours can reappear as they wick up from the backing.
Not every fabric can be cleaned safely. We test first and will tell you if a fabric isn’t suitable.
Different fibres and methods give different results.
Drying times depend on the fabric, airflow and weather, so they can’t be fixed in advance.
Some treatments need an inspection or photos before we can confirm a price.
