Test first
Every fabric is tested before we clean, and treatments are chosen for the fibre, not the clock.

Pre-vacuum
Carpets are pre-vacuumed to lift dry soil and debris before the clean begins.

Our deep steam cleaning method: hot water extraction as standard, with low-moisture encapsulation cleaning where it suits the fibre.

Pay after the clean
Your card is saved securely when you book. Nothing is taken until your clean is complete.
Peace of Mind accidental cover
Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery.
Assessment when it matters
Delicate rugs and some stains or odours are assessed from photos first, so we can recommend the right method.
04 / Honest expectations

Honest advice.
We provide professional cleaning, not guaranteed restoration of every stain or damaged fabric. Most everyday marks respond well, and we’ll always tell you what to expect.
- Some stains, and urine browning in particular, can be permanent.
- Urine odours can’t always be eliminated completely, and some stains and odours can reappear as they wick up from the backing.
- Not every fabric can be cleaned safely. We test first and will tell you if a fabric isn’t suitable.
- Different fibres and methods give different results.
- Carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours. Drying for other fabrics depends on the material, airflow and weather, so we give a realistic estimate on the day.
