Questions / Answered
Good to know.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Two rooms from £82 (Essential), £122 (Signature) or £162 (Ultimate). Extra rooms £36, £40 or £50.
How much does sofa cleaning cost?
Per seat: £30, £36 or £51 depending on the package.
How long does it take to dry?
Carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours, depending on the fibre, airflow and the weather. Upholstery and rugs vary with the fabric, so we give you a realistic estimate on the day. Mattresses usually need 4 to 8 hours, which is why we suggest a morning appointment for them.
Is carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
We will tell you when it is fine for pets and children to go back on the carpet or sofa, based on the fibre, the products used and how quickly it is drying. Ask us about anything specific when you book.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum booking is £82, applied once to the whole booking rather than to each item.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices are final. There is no VAT to add.
When do I pay?
Your card is saved securely when you book and nothing is taken that day. Payment is taken after your clean. Cancelling within 24 hours, or missing the appointment, incurs a 50% fee.
What is Peace of Mind accidental cover?
Within your cover period (1 month with Signature, 2 months with Ultimate), if there’s an accidental spill or a pet accident on an area we cleaned, we’ll return to treat it at no charge. Cover applies to carpets and upholstery. With pet accidents, we’ll give it our full care, but results can’t be guaranteed. As urine dries it turns alkaline, and its urea and salts can bond with fibres and dyes. That can cause permanent colour change, and it can wick back up from the backing. As with any spill, we can’t promise every mark will lift completely. Urine or odour that’s already there when you book is treated separately with our urine and odour treatment.
Which areas do you cover?
Essex (including Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester, Frinton, Walton, Harwich, Manningtree, Brightlingsea, Witham and Chelmsford), Ipswich in Suffolk, and South Norfolk south of Norwich, such as Diss and Harleston.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% fee.
What is Fibre Glide™?
Fibre Glide™ is our deep steam cleaning method (hot water extraction). It lifts deep-down soil from carpets and upholstery, and carpets usually dry in 1 to 4 hours.
