Booking rules
- Minimum booking £82, applied once per booking.
- Out-of-hours appointments: +£40.
- No VAT: prices are final.
- No travel charge anywhere in our service area.
- Card saved at booking, payment taken after your clean.
- 50% fee for cancelling within 24 hours or a no-show.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum booking is £82, applied once to the whole booking rather than to each item.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices are final. There is no VAT to add.
Do you charge for travel?
No. There is no travel charge anywhere in our service area.
Is there a charge for evening appointments?
Standard appointments start between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Out-of-hours appointments, where offered, are £40 extra.
When do I pay?
Your card is saved securely when you book and nothing is taken that day. Payment is taken after your clean. Cancelling within 24 hours, or missing the appointment, incurs a 50% fee.
